We recommend using a chopper/mini food-processor to make the sauce, but can be prepared without one. If using a chopper, simply combine the cilantro, yogurt, lemon, and salt. Puree until well mixed. If you are not using a chopper/mini food-processor simply finely chop the cilantro, and mix the yogurt, lemon and salt well with a whisk or fork.
Combine the sauce with chopped onion, tomato and the chickpeas in a bowl. Toss, and serve.
